Victorian restoration, alterations and additions
Normanby Residence
A grand Victorian returned to its own standard, room by room.
Normanby Residence
2/6This is the most complete restoration we have delivered. The house had good bones and almost nothing else — the staircase balustrade, the arched hallway openings, the marble fireplaces and the stained glass were all salvageable, and everything around them was not.
New work is unapologetically new. Quartzite kitchen, herringbone oak floors, a red onyx vessel basin on brass tapware. There is no attempt at reproduction anywhere in this house — the old is restored honestly and the new is honestly new.

In their words
We couldn’t be happier with the renovation of our Victorian terrace. From start to finish, the process was professional, well-managed, and surprisingly stress-free. The team showed a real understanding of how to modernise the space while respecting the character and charm of the original home.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding, with great attention to detail throughout, and communication was clear and consistent at every stage. Any questions or changes were handled promptly and thoughtfully, which made a huge difference.
The end result has completely transformed our home and exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a renovation — especially if you want someone who truly understands period homes.
